"We had State Farm Insurance for a combined total between us over 50 years. They kept going up without any tickets or wrecks in years. My husband even had a business policy with them. We decided to go with a different company because of the price. After we canceled we received a bill for over $700. They said that the policy was fixing to go up and that was the difference that we had to pay. It was back pay. Then a couple weeks later we got another bill for over $500 and they said that was the bill from November til March. So, they ate saying for the year the difference was $700, but from Nov til Mar it is $500....my math isnt mathing on this one. State Farm is the most crooked insurance company there is. When one of their employees give you a number to another insurance guy saying that he would give us a better rate, that speaks volumes on what kind of company State Farm is and Sheila Wandell is always to busy to speak with customers, maybe she picks and chooses who she speaks with, leaves the hard stuff to someone else. I hope you all have the day you deserve!!!!! Farm Bureau is the way to go!"
